It is commonly observed that "there is never enough time" and yet typically we spend the majority of our available time dealing with low priority work. Successful time management leads to increased productivity and the potential to achieve more within a shorter period.

2. Analysing personal time management strengths and development areas Time Management S.W.O.T analysis- analyse areas for improvement Time-wasters questionnaire – practical tips for dealing with same Time Management Quiz- what are the key areas I need to address?
3. Planning and Prioritising. "To Do" lists 80/20 Pareto Analysis – identify your High Payoff tasks Urgent/Important Matrix. Exercise on how to categorise tasks under these headings
